Biography
Hello, I'm Melissa McIntosh. I grew up on a small island in Ontario and was known as the baker’s daughter.
My family owns the Wolfe Island Bakeries on Wolfe Island and in Kingston where I am the Head Baker and where I can usually be found working, covered with a fine chocolate coating.
This blog is about my life as a professional baker and includes original recipes and recipes tested from other bakers.
