After ignoring the obvious for far too long it's clear that I need to realize that it's WINTER. Consequently, I need BOOTS!!! Here are a few of the styles I'm liking.

Ah the joys of winter boot shopping. In North Dakota, where I am from...winter boots can be warm and cute. I go for the boots that can withstand -40 Fahrenheit temperatures. They are also waterproof. Got myself I nice pair of Columbia's that are black and deep pink.
So I'd go with the first pair that you have shown.

I say go with the second one! It's the most unique and chances are higher for not getting snow down your boot. Love all your recipes by the way! p.s. you have a lot of recipes with nuts, is there something I could substitute for them?
